The second property is at 1310 Orangeburg Road in the rapidly growing bedroom community of Summerville, S.C., just north of Charleston. Both facilities consist of over 5,000 s.f. of store area and offer prepared foods with seating for on-premises consumption as well as convenience products, gasoline, diesel and car wash.
